Parcels are received and delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
On Saturday and Sunday and Holidays there is no load and service. It is not possible to determine the exact time of reception and delivery.
Parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days. If the package is received on Monday, the same day it leaves the borders and should be delivered on Friday.

Yes. Courier can pick up shipment from any address where there is someone who can give them to him during these hours,
but this address should be given in the order as a issuing person. This could be at: the workplace, the address of a neighbor, shop, etc.
